Emergency plumbing when every minute counts.
Clogging or overflowing that's damaging your home? A leaking or burst pipe you can't shut off? Don't wait — call us and we'll talk you through it and get a tech rolling.
What counts as a plumbing emergency?
Two situations need a plumber right now: clogging or overflowing that is damaging your home, and leaking or burst pipes that are damaging your home and you cannot get the water off. If that's you, call (562) 573-1336.
First, find your main water shut-off
Locate the valve where the water line enters your home. There are two common types: gate valves with a round wheel handle (turn clockwise to stop the flow) and ball valves with a lever handle (a quarter turn so the lever sits perpendicular to the pipe means off).
Warning signs we get called for
- Multiple drains backing up at once, gurgling, or water bubbling from floor drains — often a main line issue
- Sewage odors or wet spots in the yard
- No hot water — a tripped breaker (electric) or an out pilot / closed gas valve (gas)
- Gas leak signs: a rotten-egg smell, hissing near a gas line, or dead vegetation nearby — leave and call from outside
